Hi,
I'm doing an 1.8T BAM ecu GT2871R tune right now. It has Siemens Deka 630 injectors. I know they are shit...  Grin
I already tuned Deka 630 before on other ecus, but this one here is strange.

Problem:
The car runs very rich in idle, -25%, lambda 0.75-0.80, and "bounces" up and down with rpm in idle.
I went to KRKTE 0,048 too to get it leaner, but it didn't make a difference.

KRKTE: Around 0,05 (still trying)
TVUB: Siemens Datasheet
FKKVS: First few flashes I let it stock, but now flat 1, because the BAM file has big differences in FKKVS (1...0,94....1,05...). Fine tuning in FKKVS will be done if the car runs smooth in idle.
TEMIN: First few flashes stock (0,7), but right now 0,3
NOLRA: = 7
MLHFM: Copied from another file the MAF is from (Audi S3 209hp APY), so that shouldn't be the problem.

Does anyone know what it could be?
Changing KRKTE didn't seem to make a difference, I never had this before.  Huh Huh

Problem solved, MAF was broken.
After putting a new MAF on it the car runs fine.

i'm busy with the same setup,
i've got jerk below 2000 rpm when cold,
did you have this issue?
apparently its common and its the latency maps that will fix this

i do mafless with same injectors all the time no issues at all. sounds like you need fine tuning on cold start maps and fueling while cranking
