Hi, I have a 2.7 6sp

k04s
headers
catless exhaust
inlet piping
rkx dv

Im currently running the nvr stg 2 tune with some modifications that i have done to it.

Currently i'm not hitting requested load or boost until about 4500-5000 rpm. Cant seem to find the reason why.
Everything seems to be functioning correctly. N75 has been removed and checked. Dv were replaced. wg cracking pressure is 4-7 psi. Makes great power when it hits its requested. Just don't know what is limiting it at low rpms.

Trims? Either a large boost leak, N75 problem, the wastegate isn't staying closed, or your turbos are dying.

Also, check your DVs again or just revert to stock DVs

If you disconnect the wg line, if you (CAREFULLY) go WOT, can you make more boost?

Alright. I unhooked the wastegate line and drive it and was able to make more boost but still no where near my requested. The diverter valves are adjustable and i have a medium strength spring in them that is just a little stiffer than 710ns. Here is my log. Not much data but i think there is enough. https://ufile.io/6ufed

If you aren't making boost with the wg line disconnected, you have a severe mechanical problem.

I'm thinking that the wastegate needs a little more preload or helper spring.

Or you have a boost leak or leaking DVs

or maybe even a severely clogged cat.

No Boost Leaks. The Car is Freshly Build. No Cats. I have downpipe resonators and muffler and full 2.25 duals. The Diverter valves are brand new. Dont even have 10 miles. Turbos are also brand new with less than 100 miles.

Its not like im not making boost im just not making the boost as soon as i think i should. With the wastegate unhooked i can build over 20 but not until 5k where im beginning to run out of fuel. I havent done any fuel mods yet but i have a wideband and am trying to tune it to run within the capabilities of stock fueling.

K04s should make 25psi long before 5k.

Check your wg's as you said. 4-7psi is way too soft. K04s may only make 20psi at that setting, but they should at least spool.

What pressures should they be cracking at?
