So, I tightened the wastegates as far as they would go and they were opening at 10-12 psi. I'm debating on getting adjustable wastegates. Made a huge difference tightening the wastegates but i feel like the springs are just to weak in these turbos. I have attached a log from after the wastegate adjustment. I would like to know if the results i'm getting are normal or if i could achieve peak boost at a lower rpm. https://ufile.io/31w85

Impossible to tell from that log. You're going to have to increase IMX significantly, or possibly do another (careful) run with the wg line disconnected.
