Hey guys, was hoping someone would have some experience on this before I buy a new Bosch air mass sensor.

I’m currently running K04 sized turbos at 1.5 bar with 034 85mm maf housing and stock airbox adaptor.

My issue is that my maf scaling is almost back to stock.

In my logs at around 5000 rpm I’m getting 4.97 volts coming out of the maf even with the 85mm housing.

Appreciate any input as I’m stumped.. pressure tested 5+ times, new check valves , pcv you name it.

That setup and hardware will do what you describe. Get a larger MAF, turn the boost down, or tune around it. MAFs will usually (always?) show less voltage for a given airflow as they age.
