woohoo success! i installed windows 7 and it connected with eeprom programmer 1.19g

i selected read eprom on the dash tab and saved the bin file, now what do i do lol, ok i guess i have to read more lol. i did see some info about login on that program with a code of 1701 so i opened vcds lite and tried to use that code to login to the immo module and i put a 0 in front of it but it said not accepted turn off ignition for a while and try again so i guess thats not the code i need?

also getting ahead of myself here but once i work the code out what if my second hand key fob wont reprogram? how do i take the immo off completely

many thanks!
Congratulations, I really have Windows 7 installed. Try using the full version of VAG-COM

you got the wrong way you need a Dashboard in it immo
1. Go to Block 17 of the Toolbar.
2. Enter the pulled out PIN in the Input column (5-digit, non-terminating digits in front fill 0.)
3. Select the column Adaptation
4. We enter 21 channel
5. In this channel, enter the number of prescribed keys (from 1 to 4) if you need 3 keys, then we write 00003 - or 2 - 00002, etc.
6. Click Test, Save and Exit
The IMMO lamp blinks and goes out, remove the first key and insert another, turn on the ignition. IMMO lamp lights up, blinks and goes out. We take out the key.
Everything, keys are registered in IMMO.

I doubt that you will succeed with your cables.
