Hi
Im new to this world , so missing me a lot of experience and knowledge.

I have  Vw Mk4 1.9 tdi 110hp with some modification.
Turbo  22-60 Vk
injector nozzles+ 160%
diesel Pump  * larger Chanel inside and also 12mm pump head.
large down pip
large intercooler.

My problem now is wen i lift pedal from throttle engine steal spin for a instant *  instant bigger that original
And a the idle car is not stable.

what i have do until now, I reduce 15% in pump voltage and car stop the beaver at idle . steal make the delay wen lift

car with original file and only -15% and map calibration for 4 b
makes 200 Hp

what i think that i have to do

I have plx gauge with 4.9D senor , see AFR in all rpm and work with v until get a good base on pump map to start remap.
but im a bit lose now.

i leave here Log from vag  with a short run

Thank you
Antonio

He is trying to say that his engine still revs or speeds when he lift the foot from pedal because diesel detonates by its self

this is not a diesel forum, you will not get any decent answer here. especially without file, story behind it and so on.
did you buy this car? did you put all together and hope it will work with some internet tune you found or what?

95% of all ishues on this kind of modifications is incorrect pump voltage map, followed by incorect SOI-maps, witch in some cases is only the result of the first problem.

If you run 12mm pump and big nozzles idle IQs are nearlys impossible to control correctly.
Increase idle-speed after pump voltage and SOI maps fit and problem still exsists..

btw.:
running 200PS on VEP 11mm pump with bigger nozzles are enough an a lot easier to handle
