Hello. I have a little ( big ) problem, i have used BAM 3" maf housing into a a4 b7 BFB, turbo is K04 S3 BAM hybrid, 630ccm injectors, TIP, DP 2.75" big FMIC, injectors set krkte for 729ccm,
TVUB base > ( later increased to matching 729ccm )
8v - 2.94
10v - 1.58
12v - 1.15
14v - 0.73
16v - 0.55
, temin 0.6 .
First engine start, short fuel trim -0.2%  , looks nice, problem starts when im driving part throttle because i have incorrect flow, 512x1 used from BAM, at WOT i have 185 g/s and 280hp, as i know this air flow is incorrect to this power. To have correct lambda on WOT i had to set fkkvs to 0.95.  And my question is what could be a problem with flow, there is no air leaks, everything in setup checked twice, new DV etc. Maybe anyone had same problem ?

Regards

First of all, mericans dont have BFB and BEX or any 1.8T 20v B7 over there, second why exactly did you set krkte a whole 100cc higher , and third I am pretty sure the BAM sensor is different , if you only got the housing you should manually scale the map instead of copy pasting stuff..

i used scale 100cc higher because there is 4bar FPR as i know. Bam sensor is 049 , same as in BFB / BEX . After rescaling i had only 10g/s more at top rpm, still too less. If i have too low flow and my AFR is correct, then what is going on :O  on 730ccm krkte should be lean with my flow. And i have still too rich ( fkkvs 0,95 top rpm is correct afr ) . I saw this few times, only on K04 BAM / APY hybrids, S3 APY 190g/s and doing 340hp.

I have stock ECU (150 HP) , and I put a 2 bar MAP from 1.9tdi.   On log ECU hold stady at 0.5bar, but the real pressure is about 0.8-0.9bar, and MAF readings go to about 170 g/s.  AFR is good at the start of WOT but BGS kick to soon
After that I put 2.5 TDI MAF and 2.5 TDI housing(3 inch)  ECU still hold 0.5 bar pressure (still 0.8 in real world) but now  MAF reading go to about 125 g/s, and AFR is good, little BGS at end of WOT, but i see that is normal on any stock 1.8T ME 7.5.
Fuel trims are fine, only when engine is cold it is not drivable for first 20-30 s, I must stay that time on idle
Anyway, my point is, god AFR doesen't mean you MAF is scaled right

Sensors are different
You get ~10% lower readings with that

mmmm, so maybe i made mistake, i saw BAM maf sensors with ending number 049 , BFB also 049 , after swapping 512x1 and 14x14 on many cars that works perfect, only this one is making problems. If im using BAM maf housing and sensor, im copying calibration from BAM, isnt it ? If sensors are different, then what is correct part number for BAM and BFB  .
