Good evening gents, welcome to the F&%$ing show

I'm well aware of the negative connotation surrounding this topic and would like to start a fresh baseline for enthusiasts to tune their MAF-less ME7.5 Wideband cars to the most "Correct" way possible, i FULLY understand that the best way to tune an ME7 ECU is to include its primary load input (MAF) so if you're going to suggest this you're barking up the wrong tree as the car I'm working on Isn't equipped with a MAF for the sole purpose of exploring this MAF-less Hack

I currently have a B6(05) A4 1.8TQ6M with a BT setup, Forged Rods, BW S257SX-E, Siemens Deka 630's, Stage 3 Clutch, 500hp FMIC, Walboro 250, Returnless Fueling 4bar, running a MBC set at 17psi currently but would like to change over to N75 as soon as i can get the necessary maps in order

I'm looking for some input as to a starting point for a Mafless file, i have seen some information here and there but nothing definitive IMO for the B5/6 ME7.5 platform, i would like to drop the info i have found here aswell for other people to indulge themselves

I have run into a few issues so far, the first being DK% limited to 25-38% at WOT i have rectified this issue by altering KFWDKMSN in the 126+KG/h and 3-4K RPM+ sections to target TP of 99% as well as WDKUGDN to request 99%TP past 4500 rpm, this has proven to be effective at getting the car to act as i would like but i feel like its not the most effective/appropriate way at accomplishing this, i will post plotted logs and CSV's as soon as i get a chance, any input to parameters i should log would be awesome too.

attached are the XDF/Bin ive modified.

Any information regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

The most effective way is standalone or hacking a real MAP to provide load/airmass input

Just making a thread telling everyone that you intend to ignore that advice because it is "negative" gets you nowhere nearer a "correct" solution.
