those 550cc injectors suck with E100... they clog very easy- quick, holes are too small for ethanol.

What do you say about the 980cc ones?

Why would the holes plug easily when using E100 vs. pump gasoline? Is the fuel not filtered?

Almost any injectors go bad/jam/get clogged if you let the car sit with a lot of ethanol in them for a long time.
This is because ethanol binds moisture. Even worse with methanol.

So you need to either use the car regularly or put gasoline into it and run it for a bit before you store it.

Yeah, we are used to this here in Brazil, as we have E100. Normal procedures hehehehe.
