Tuning a 2.5l big turbo rabbit?
« on: April 23, 2019, 07:53:28 AM »
Hello, don't know much about tuning but really interested in learning, I'm building a big turbo 2.5 and its almost done now and was wondering if it is possible for me to tune it my self? Also have another 2.5l with intake and exhaust I'd like to tune a well.
Thanks!

NA->Turbo on that ECU is not very fun. It was pretty hard for me, required some code patches to solve throttle shenanigans and other things.
For a beginner I'd say impossible to do it right.
The NA one it's pretty easy to modify if you know what you're doing. Making any gains without a dyno will be hard though.

Different ECU's depending on model year. ME7.5 not being one of them.
