Hi guys, I have a golf vi r20 2.0 TFSI 272, a very curious thing happens to me, with software stock datalog the rail pressure never demands more than 90.17 bar and the obtained one never surpasses the 97bar, these engines should demand and obtain 110 bar, right? the most serious is that the lambdas demanded are 0.72 and those obtained as the rpm goes up to reach 0.91 almost to the cut ... the vehicle does not mark any dtc, how is it possible? the pusher of the pump is new, any idea what can happen?

thanks in advance.

Check fuel rail pressure sensor.

but even if the sensor was wrong, why are the demands only 90.17bar?

You need to check fuel rail pressure, HPFP duty cycle and fuel rail pressure sensor. With that information you can figure out what is happening. I had a similar problem in the past and finally I concluye that sensor stops measuring pressure at that same values.

thanks for the help, log channel 103, I see the following at idle the pressure of the low pressure pump is 5bar approx, the channel 103-2 the value is oscillating between 1-12 and 65526-65532 constantly.

What does that channel mean?
