Thanks for the reply. Those ratios you said for 3th and 4th where almost the same ratios that I had (only rounding difference), so Virtual Dyno puts out again +-325whp and 332lbft. The final drive of 3.944 is correct?
There was no elevation, only at one point a little gentle curve to enter the highway, but that should take maybe only a bit of whp/torque or dip out of the dyno. The settings in VD should be right then I think (also not to much occ weight). But still, almost 360hp and 500nm at the crank is alot for this setup with no hpfp upgrade as far as I know (max for this OEM turbo with 98RON pumpgas).. but well the Scirocco is fast, I did also a 2.6sec 80-120kph in 3th gear, but maybe you can get those numbers also with a 300whp Scirocco, I don't know..
You are absolutely right that I should did a dyno before with stock to see the gains. My logging cable only worked after I already flashed the car. Now I've flashed it so many times again that I'm to lazy to flash back to stock, do some runs and flash back to the latest stage 2.
