I hope I found the issue. Silicone hoses need to be tighter than I thought. I also replaced all the rubber vacuum lines for, n249, evap and booster. Im still waiting for the new pcv hose. First one was kayser and where they ground the audi logos they compromised the integrity of the pipe.  Ill post back when I find it. 

Im going to fill the system with smoke then pressurize, the low pressure smoke machine I have is worthless, I feel. Ive tried it a number of times.

I have a stinger smoke machine that's regulated to 3/5 psi and it didn't produce enough pressure to show me I had a leaking wastegate actuator or a small leak in one boost hose.  Neither showed up.  There was engine oil leaking from the boost hose that's the only reason I found it and I tested the wastegate actuator with a hand pressure pump to find that. 

Well time to replace it then.
