Hello All,

I swapped R32 engine from audi a3 8p BUB with 022906032CA ecu in to golf mk2, and I need rev counter signal from ECU.
On schematic diagarms that ECU dosen't have analog output on pin no. 81, only CAN Bus data on pins no. 58 and no. 60.
It is possible to change some coding or someting else in that ECU to activate that rev counter output?
Similar case is on speed signal from gearbox to ECU. That ECU can not recognize VSS signal on pin  no. 54.
It is possible to activate that speed input?

Thank you for your answers.

I think your ECU have output for RPM, even there is no wire in original instalation. At least that is case with ME 7.5
VSS must go to cluster, then cluster convert VSS to digital signal (12V) that goes to ECU. I doesn't know does MK2 cluster have speed output(blue/white wire)
But you can build some simple electronic ciruit to build that converter VSS to 12 V

as I know there were some mk2 clusters that send VSS signal ( golf mk2 had some versions with cruise control )

Thanks for your answer. that ecu is CAN bus ecu, and that ECU can't see analogue speed signal and not recive RPM signal on output. Only CAN. I need analogue RPM signal for my rev counter.
For a tests I changed GGVFZG in software from 02 to 00, then ECU see speed from analogue input.
The question is if I change GGVFZG then RPM signal output will be active too?
