Solenoids should never run above 95% DC, this is the same with injectors etc. Simple electrical stuff, if you run them at 100% dc a lot, intentionally or unintentionally sooner or later its going to fail.
Do you have any evidence to prove that? Why is that? I am in elektronics more than decade and first time I read this. That solenoid can run on 95%, but 100% will kill him. Maybe I am wrong, but i want to know why

Because it is an inductor and you don't run a DC voltage source through an inductor. 95% provides a natural current limiter because it is an AC source.

At high frequency that is true, but N75 is feed by 10-15 Hz?  
At that frequency coil must be huge like house to provide curent limit

Actually more like 30hz.

Volvo ME7 sets DC limit at 100 and target 100 regularly - from factory.
