Hi All,

Before you shame me for this, I've searched endlessly with all available 1.8t 6 speed ECU part numbers for a file on here but found none. Any of these will do:

06A 906 032 LS
06A 906 032 RN
06A 906 032 SM

Can someone post one of the aforementioned eeproms so i can help my friend with his 6 speed swap retain his cruise control?

Thanks!!

It's not Eeprom it's flash. The flash file will convert the Eprom to the proper coding (specially if it's a non variant flash file such as a mk4 1.8t). So if the flash file you're using is for a 5 speed it won't work unless you calibrate it to do so

Fwiw you can use a hex editor and change the softcoding in any Eeprom to show whatever you want. That doesn't mean it will work tho. If the flash file you are using doesn't support your softcoding configuration you've forced it simply won't work.
