	5mt to 6mt transmission swap, NVQUOT config « on: December 11, 2019, 10:37:31 AM »

Hello all,

I am getting ready to swap a 6 speed manual transmission into my B5 A4 which is currently a 5 speed manual. NVQUOT for all gang 6 are 0. In order for the calibration to be happy, do I just need to populate those fields correctly or do I also have to adjust IGESGA? The other gear ratios and final drive are all different as well.

That being said, can someone tell me where NVQUOT starts in the attached binary? This is the vehicle that the new transmission is from (2002 Audi A4 3.0L 6MT).

Thank you!! Damn, looks like there were lots of transmission options with that ECU. Auto, manual, FWD, AWD and maybe more? Just guessing. I'm assuming that's why there are so many.

Universal ECU setting by coding.
Prepared for MT5, MT6, AT5 and CVT in A4/A6 and Cabrio
See possible coding list for this ECU

According NVQUOT summary picture 6MT data are present in (2,3) or (4,5) columns.
IMHO some difference depends on the difference in gear ratios of transmissions used in A4/A6
