hey, Im trying to find VARTAB in the 8d0 551M file. It seems that the coding table has a value every few bytes, at first glance it seems to be 8? could this be a table or is there any defined one?

anyone could chip in a dime?
Im well aware of comparing me7.1 vs me7.1.1 file. its just for "am i seeing things?" purposes.

Please note that the table would be huge as there are a lot of emission related codding

it seems it is not. the german OLS file has a lot of tables, but does not have VARTAB. this is a thing as per rs4 file topic

unless there is another yet better file then i would be super happy to get it

551M is definitely far from fully defined.

the thing im looking for is the least important thing i can image so its fine. ill probably try to change one coding to 10715 in the file to hopefully get it working. as its not allowed by the file right now and changing the vardef to 10715 leads to ecu having 4611 coding after the flash

Yeah, well "fully" defined for tuning I guess, and AFAIK barerly any public DAMOS is official, had a look in the 2015 dump maybe ?

from the sticky thread? yeah. ive even checked few other damos from rs4 etc to maybe see what does the table look like. finding the data does not seem to be too hard but creating an actual table is beyond me. for now.
