Hello!
Might be a dumb question, but what could be the correct way to adjust wastegate actuator rod to factory specs?
I have stock K03-025 with dual port actuator (oem) which has been removed at some point and adjustment has been lost. I want to adjust it to factory specs or at least close to that so it runs right. Engine is stock 1.8T ANB with tfsi n75 valve and wideband converted with stock 018CA software.
Forgot to add that car has 60mm exhaust front to back with cat removed if that changes anything.

Measure the cracking pressure by applying pressure (with a gauge) to the wastegate port.

Finally had a time to get my hands on this. With N75 bypassed pressure goes up to ~0.8 bar. Questionable sources on the internet says it should be 4-5psi which is ~0.3bar. Is that right?

I can't gurantee that wastegate came from factory, but it definately looks OEMish and both sides were plumbed up. Never seen it before too.
Anyway thanks everyone for input, will adjust it properly.

Adjusted wastegate actuator until turbo pushed around 0.3-0.4 bar with N75 removed. If I go anything further, wastegate flapper becomes loose so I stopped at the last position it is still closed.
Now when N75 is back in place, pressure goes up to 0.9 bar @ WOT with stock software (should be around 0.5). I did read on here that more free flowing exhaust can cause turbo to act like that. Could this be the case or I'm still way off with adjustments?
I attached log I did today. Sadly it goes up to ~4500rpm because it was done in 3rd gear which at that point is around 100kmh and I didn't want to go any faster due to location and road condition there. But I think it is enough to see there is a problem. Can anyone with more experience take a look at it please?  Roll Eyes
