solved, for "experts" its caused by bad timing belt damper.

I have the same exact problem on a totally different engine & car, just not as persistent, and so far was not able to pin down the issue. The auxiliary belt tensioner has been changed, have not gone as deep as the timing belt one yet...

The log discussion reminds of all the times at the dealership buying parts for my modded / engine swapped and turboed car, "Sir, we need your VIN number to be able to help you!" FFS.

Yes you solved the problem, I am glad you did it, but I have similar problem (my knock 3 Voltage is allways double higher than others) if I have your log i could compare it with mine...

But never mind, still you share a good information, i didn't know belt tensioner could make that problem

Also Look in block 93, there will be a correction factor there, ideally this should be 0, on 4 phase hall sensor , it knows how far your cams are off from the crank. It can be off by 15 kw or more.

Second voltage doesnt mean much, and the reason knock 3 is always higher is because of the block casting. Cylinder 3 water jackets interfere a tiny bit with the voltages, but these are properly mapped anyway from factory.

Read again, this is no detonation knock...  If i stun knock sensor and make more advanced ignition, i have 910 egt at 200 km/h and dont hear any knock with phones. Only when i run again with knock correction my turbo is pink glowing together with manifold studs and lost power.

you mean if the car has ignition retard by bad fuel for example then it will glow the turbo and manifold?
Friend of mine has BFB with lambda going to 0,72 from 4500 to redline but turbo is still glowing. it has 5degr retard.
