This is my first post here and yes i am a real noobie.
I have 2001 allroad 2.7bi tip(hitachi maf) i wanted to get rid of SAI system and in future try to make my own stage1 tune for this old lady. So i started from stock 8B0907551L bin and only make changes to SAI delete. I changed MSLUB hole table "0" and MSLBAS to "0". checksummed the file and flash it to my spare ecu with galletto on boot mode. Everything went well and car started and it did run smooth but now i get CEL and P1115 code O2 S1 B1 heater circ. short to ground.

With stock ecu it wont give me this code but SAI flow codes will come because pump is cone already. I did even change the B1 S1 sensor because i happened to have spare one. Still the same thing with "tuned ecu". What i did do wrong here?
 
edit1 typo on subject, text and file name. The file that i have flashed to my 4Z7907551K ecu was 8D097551L and not 4D0907551L

I have noticed that i newer get P1115 code from first start after flash. No mater how long i drive, but after second start it always comes. Can it make any difference that i dont have SAI pump connected anymore, does it have anything to do with 02 heating?

So this must be rare problem because zero answers so fare. Is there a way disable b1 s1 sensor heat circulation control? Or is there XDF file or 4Z0907551K.bin because original file is working and i least need to make SAI delete for that.

OK, then i have to read again.
Update to the problem it is ECU related.  The ecu that i have played whit have this P1115 problem. No matter what bin it has in, even stock 4Z0907551K.bin.
