Hi, how ME7.5 calculates exhaust temperature? My car run with AMK software, but physically i don't have EGT sensor, so turn off it on CATR. I thouht after that i don't have bts enrichment, but vcds shows ehxaust gas teperature(and enrichement works), for example. after cold start about 150degree, later rises up to 400-500degrees and more on hard acceleration. So how ecu calculates temperature, if i have only 2 lambda sensors on exhaust system? If ECU calculates temperature by load/pedal position/fuel/air mass... maybe it's not very bad idea run without EGT sensor?
