I just ported Andy Whittakers IDA PRO BoschMe7x plugin to the newer IDA pro sdk versions,
as quite a bit has changed in the ida sdk and one can not compile it for versions later than 7.x otherwise.

Sorry no precompiled plugin this time as i use the IDA license from a company i work for (with permission),
but do not want anything ending up in the binary related to this company.

Maybe someone else can supply a compiled version.
