PID calibrated poorly
Ignition could be more agressive

Yes the pid is solved after the dyno. I tried the ignition but with more agressive it was always retard

386cc injectors is not what most people call a "stage1" type of car anymore

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)

the original 317cc runs at near 100%, so I changed it to the 386cc. It is plug&play and just some map modifications needed. It is stock at apx and bam engines.

Hi,

I've checked the intercooler data. It says 1050cfm @ 0.5 psi drop. It this means that it drops 0,5bar during spool?

Thanks

just mount a pressure gauge before and one after the intercooler.
intercooler looks okay and big enought for small k03 turbo

Yes this is the plan. We measured other k03s cars and these cars can reach 1,3bar at 2600rpm. My car can do it only at 3000rmp. I think the ic drops a lot.
