MED17 overboosting at 24psi, how to use the overboost function
« on: March 25, 2012, 10:08:41 PM »
I need some experts help to cure some issues with this tune on an A4 B8 2010 S-Tronic
1. The tune is running 24psi, I couldn't stabilize the boost creep, 20psi and holding would be awesome, I need to find the overboost map to keep it safe.
2. I need to increase RPM limit for launch control to 5000RPMs at the moment it has 4000RPM and car bogs down too much
3. The throttle response is very slow, this is a general complain on all stock cars with DSG transmisions, is there any other map than drivers wish to get a better response from a stop?, In dynamic mode it works better but still there is a very noticeable lag.
Attached are the stock and tuned (tf.v7.ac) files.
Hope someone could give me a hand on it

I haven't had a chance to identify the maps, how much load are you requesting?

Logs? You are probably requesting too much boost (LDRXN).
