First time poster long time reader.
Fires I would like to thank every one to make this forum and all info available to public.
This is my first attempt to tune the car my self.
Started with base 8M0907551M-002 (3 Bar MAP 5120).bin
Car B5 S4 2001 K04 turbo 60lb EV14's 0280158298 3 bar MAP sensor
Rest on car is stock. OEM airbox, mass flow fuel pressure regulator ect.
Code out rear O2 sensors as per S4Wiki/Tuning.
KRKTE is now 0.03497 as per user mil_on TVUB 7.04 2,7577 10.07 1,9282 12.04 1,3388 14.08 1,9975 17.88 0,7894
Trims look OK idle is at -1.4% Partial at 1.6%
Wideband o2 sensor reading looks ok.
Problem I have now is hard to restart car when is fully wormed up. Takes abut 5-7 sec of cranking to start the car then hesitates for a second and runs normal. Cold in morning starts right up like before. Would like someone pint me right direction where to look before i start changing random maps lol.
Thanks Michal.

Did not noticed any abnormal wire or connector problem or problem with the sensor it self. I had a chance to install Me7Logger and record engine temp from start to finish looks OK to me. Picture attached. Car started normal after sitting 8 Hours outside. A lot of traffic on way home but pooling out of parking lot car hesitated any over 30 % throttle and AFR was going lean to 16.0 but after about minute car was responding normal. Do not have logging of wideband set up yet but next on my list to do. Another observation is when I shut car off and restarted hot after about 30 sec it fired right up, but after 5 min same as before 5-8 sec of cranking before start. My next suspect is check valve ? I think is integrated into a fuel pump. Just little puzzled why car starts cold right the way. Did not have the problem before turbo install, but car was sitting almost 4 months on jack stands. Don't want to buy another OEM, what do normally people use for stage 3 cars 044. CSV log file on Google drive. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fqjp5nXhh49wqROkMk6rVkWGl6zbhuUf/view?usp=sharing

maybe fuel pump issues?
could be seizing when its warm on warm re-start but fine when it is dead cold.
If it was the checkvalve it would have cold start problems too, unless the checkvalve is failing when it is warm.

If you suspect the fuel pump is problem, you can remove fuse nr. 28, and feed a direct 12 V there before starting car. That will start fuel pump, then wait a 10-15 sec seconds and crank the engine.

On the 2.7t i think you can just turn ignition on and wait 10-15 secs before cranking.

you can also double prime on Audis, open door , put key in ignition and cycle it, take it out , close door , wait like 20 seconds and cycle again, it should prime again.

Did the Fuse 26 from external 12V supply to 15 sec. same result. Had to crank the car for 8 sec to restart hot. At same time I had my wideband running from external 12V as well so during cranking I can observe and went super reach (7.4) after car started slowly went back to normal. Over the weekend I think I'm going to pool fuel rail and see if one of the injectors leaking fuel when closed.
