reading my ecu and don't know the correct memory layout. it is a 06a 906 032 mt from a mk4 2.0. for the 1.8ts I do 800bb but don't know if its right for the 2.0. thanks.

Have a look at the inside of the ecu
or
get a similar file from google
or
just try different layouts

you are talking about nefmoto flasher?

And its a weird question tho
If you see double flash or a half flash so its definetely wrong memlay so why not just to try it?

if it is a 400bb rom but you read 800bb you can just split the file in your choice of hex editor. reading with wrong layout will just potentially mess up the file you save to your computer. writing to the ecu with the wrong layout is what is wrong.

remember. if your flash fails during writing, just click write flash again. do not reconnect to the ecu.
