Ive got a set of 550s I just installed and I'm having trouble dialing them in looking for advice where to look. First I started with a version of the NVR tune in my 2.7t swapped B6 A4 car ran great for 18 months LTFT were fairly bang on at the worst -8. I had a leaking intercooler which I fixed. I swapped to xs power y pipe for 85mm maf for upcoming k04 swap. Calculated and rescaled maf according to the calculations I found 1.335 IIRC (running hitachi maf) Car ran fine it was like I never did anything after swapping and rescaling. I installed the 117 ev14 injectors which are supposed to be 550cc. I bought them used with 3k miles on them off one of the groups from a guy that works at 034 so I assume they're the same 550s that they sell. First test drive car started right up and went but under high load started missing very obviously due to too much fuel so I've dialed down krkte to 0.05051.

Car specs/mods 2004 A4 3.0 6mt swapped to 2.7t running Mbox hitachi maf, ssac 3-2.5 downpipes, xspower y pipe 85mm maf stock turbos. freshly boost leak checked as of 2 hours ago

onto the good stuff. I calcuated KRKTE to 0.05373 34.125/635cc@4bar which is right around some of the values I've seen in the ev14 thread Been playing around tweaking with tvub with some values found in the ev14 migration thread as well. Now as I was poking around on the 2nd reflash I changed KVB  since I forgot the first time around and it has the stock injectors pegged at 320cc. If I extrapolate that 320*0.09768(stock krkte) I get 31.2576. 31.2576/635 gives me 0.04922 which is almost half stock and these injectors are almost twice the size of stock or am I doing this all wrong? I've seen some people with KRKTE that low however they are running 750cc. I can't tell if these are modified or not since I saw that some 117 were modified. I realize theres a lot of tweaking and not every car is the same I'd just like to get this dialed in while gas is still cheap and so I can get on swapping out my turbos.

Thanks in advance!
