Tried reading the Eeprom with the 95040 CMD tool from an Me7.5 4B0906018CG A4 B5 1.8T AWT to do an immo off.

I´m using an pre built ME7 harness adapter that works like a charm for over 80 reads/flashes now.

When I switched on my 12V power supply I realized that the voltage was set to 15+V and immediately shut the device off.
What´s the max safe voltage an ME7 can handle?

Since then the ecu can´t be found in MPPS V16 anymore.

I bought a second complete identic ecu from ebay but I also can´t read it in MPPS.
Don´t know if it´s bad luck.

Tried bootmode on both with pin 24 but nothing seems to work.

MPPS and my harness do work like usual on my S4 Ecu tho.

Currently setting up another laptop to test it on.

Any help would be much appreciated!
