Hey guys!!!

Here I go again with a new problem / challenge ...

After reviewing the HPLP post on med9 several times and adjusting all the maps as I believe correct to demand 130bar:

KFPRSOLHKS = 130bar   
KFPRSOLHMM = 130bar   
KFPRSOLHOM = 130bar
KFPRSOLKH = 130bar
KFPRSOLOFF = 0bar      
KFPRSOLSCH = 130bar    
KLLFPRSG = 130bar = 0,509716
KLPRMAX = 130bar   
VHDP = 407,32 mm
RQUAHDPK = 24,01mm
SKHDPMX = 5,4mm    
PGBDVHDO = 136bar
KLPROV = 136bar
PRNL1 = 130bar

I have an INTEGRATEED pump up to 155bar, PRV RS4 (136bar) and the last ref. Hitachi pump.
LPFP stock. 2.0tfsi CDLD engine

I do not understand why the ecu ends up demanding 140 bar and in the gear change 1 peak of up to 160 bar is reflected ...

In the video it is seen in this order in polarfis:

HPFP sued
HPFP obtained
LPFP cycles
LPFP pressure

Something escapes, but I don't know what ...

if you read the FR correctly you will see that the ECU requests 140Bar because in deceleration the real pressure = requested pressure.

This sensor measures at max up to 140, that is, if your current pressure is reaching this value your pressure may be going much higher ...

I do not understand what it means ... in the video you can see that it is not a slowdown.  it is an acceleration.  I not understand what you're saying...
 ... and I understand that the HPFP sensor measures up to 200 Bar, according to table V vs Bar.

the video shows perfectly how the HPFP reacts.  you need to see more and I inform you.

I think this is a common bad that happens in 2.0 tfsi CDL engines and that several people in this forum have already solved.  It would be nice if they wrote.


@Tezotto01.  is one of them because of what he said in the HPFP post principal.  but I don't understand what he meant ...

I don't understand why you said about the sensor ... there you see the KLPRAIL table. I guess maybe you mean tfsi k03 ...
