Okay, I've had this noise since i bought the car, even before having it gone through and frankens put on it, it has made this same noise.  It only happens when the car is very hot, like after being on the freeway for many miles.  It will make a chirping noise when taking off from a stop (almost like birds chirping) that goes away after take off (over 1500 or so rpms).. Again, this has been present before and after my major service at WMS, which included all the motor mounts, tanny mounts, franken turbos, flushes, spark plugs and rs4 clutch.

I don't think so because it doesn't make it at idle, only under load, so it makes me think it's some bushing or something that flexing on take off.. i dunno

I guess she was running a bit too hot.  Changed the lower radiator hose fan switch and good bye noise! Love easy fixes on these complicated beasts Smiley
