Audi TT 3.2 ECU from DSG to manual, possible ?

Hello, guys, I have an r32 engine, I'd like to swap into a golf MKIII
I have no ECU, and I found one from an Audi TT MKI. As these cars only came in DSG, I was wondering if it was possible to reverse engineer it and convert it to manual ?
Maybe flash golf MKIV R32 manual software ?
