Hi Guys
I really need some help please.
I have a 20 litre fuel cell in my car that has a GM sender, 0 - 100 ohm : e - f.
my cluster is a 3B0920929X from a B5.5 Passat

I have tried adjusting the stepper motor but it either registers full regardless where the float is, or empty regardless where the float is.

any ideas?

What are the specs of a stock sender?

I would add 100 ohm in line with the sensor as a starting point then work from there

In the end I made an adapter, it converts the sender to have the same output as the Audi one. I then used dashdumpedit to set the tank size to 20 litres.
