I'm getting a 17744/P1336 code. Unsure if IRL/IOP is the cause or the symptom.

From the log, according to the S4 wiki, mrfa exceeds mimax at almost all times which makes no sense. That would mean the car is always exceeding the torque limit.

From the log, according to the S4 wiki, mibas does not exceed miszul (although mibas doesn't make sense to me as it's constantly pogo'ing 0-100, can someone explain this?)

Looking to make sense of torque monitoring.

Revs seem to skyrocket at 2750 when WOT, consistently in the same place in multiple logs (feels like the torque/power drops off but revs and boost still climb rapidly) Very akin to a feeling of a slipping clutch. I come to a stop immediately, sniff the engine bay, no clutch smell which makes me think tuning.
Occurs at red circle when rpms change rate.

Recently, I redid my fuel system, checked for boost leaks by pressurizing the system, found a few around the boost pressure pipe, fixed them. Redid all my valve seals, passed a leak down test, put the car back together and it started doing this.

anyone have any ideas or can someone help with translating the data in the log to the information on the wiki?

your mimax is definitely not right. It's near zero everywhere.

it should be the result of nmot,rlmax->IOP

FMIVL is 1.0 btw.

You have a bad IOP map def and zeros somewhere in it. Or maybe the wrong ram location for mimax

Code:
mimax_w		, {TorqueLimit}			    , 0x38293E,  2,  0x0000, {%}       , 0, 0,   0.00152588,      0, {maximum attainable indicated torque}

Is what I have for ram on mimax on a 06A906032HS. I dont have IDF pro working or skills in disassembly yet (working on it). Could someone confirm this for me?

Is what I've done to IRL/IOP. Values are from a Seat Cupra R bam - 8N0906018h.bin I have. The map does have 0's but only in the 0 row. It's easy to reset to stock, I'll see if that fixes it.

Putting irl-iop and all 4 axes back to HS bin values did not solve the issue.

Making me think hardware. Going to swap n75’s

Unless there is another source of intervention in that ECU that isn't in the ME7.1 FR.

You may want to dig around in other FRs

Swapped DV, N75, MAF, tightened couplers and bolts that could leak, checked coolant and intake air temps in log.

So far no luck. Gonna look into the ME7.5 FR and seek some local advice.

Not 100% ruling out clutch but it only does it on boost, revving to any rpm under 3psi is symptom free.

mimax = 0 is definitely not a HW problem.

Fair.
First step is to confirm ram address of mimax

He's got it all in the logs, but mimax looks wonky

Might be. I’ll have to keep an eye on it.

I find it odd on two fronts.
1: it doesn't smell like burnt clutch. I repeated the symptoms 12 times, stopped the vehicle, smelled the engine bay, no clutch smell.
2: its completely boost dependent, i have complete access to the engine rev range symptom free as long as i stay under 3 psi.

Unlikely tires, this is low power range areas im dealing with.
Also, 425 ft/lb clutch (still on the potential list) on 255 tires.

That ecu file doesn't have mimax or mibas. Do you have an updated file by chance justinvw2646?

Unless your vehicle speed sensor is broken it absolutely is a slipping clutch

Please look at the graph again. Give it some serious thought. Then post Tongue
