Why is this happening? After shifting plate is not following pedal, plate have about 200 mS delay.
Mehanical problem or something in M-box file?

There are a bunch of delays stacking there
1) ME7 slow torque path (most of it)
2) throttle plate actuator/servo control (probably a few ms)
3) throttle plate angle sensor sampling (should be less than 10 ms, unless the ADC doesn't work like i think it should, would have to look it up)

200ms seems high but it might be normal.

would need to dig around old logs to make sure

this is partly why ppl hate dbw

On D-box(different car) I see about 100ms,  1.8T under 100 ms

But still on track 100ms is too much, soo that only solution is NLS

Do you have( or somebody else) function for disable KR on M-box during NLS?
I am really really short with time so I need help desperate

Could this metod than work:
Raise all KR maps after 6500 RPM so that ECU can't see knock after that RPM, and than shift with NLS at 6600-6800.
It is little risky but it could work

Do you have time to flash a different bin and test it with that ? 200ms seems a bit too high but it might just be hardware fault/age.

And that seems like a very bad idea. 2.7t is a strong engine but...........

Double check KFWDKSMX. Default mbox settings limit throttle angle below 4000rpm, and if unmodified you are likely dipping below that threshold during shift.

I dont see those logs showing that threshold, unless there is a time constant and or blending function that gets fed by WDKSMX

Good call though, would be easy enough to modify the map to rule it out.

Disabling KR after 6500 won't make diference, beacuse false knock is detected when RPM start to drop at about 5500-6000
Best I can do is to add a 5% to KFKEF
Set KFZW to something safe
And lower KRDWA so ignition will return quick to normal values after false knock
Will also put some ethanol im fuel to be more safe
And hope the best

Will try also flash a allroad M file( original from this engine) to see will that fix throttle response.

But still NLS is better option, even if that will reduce power i could get advantage

Or my old idea: make extrenal controler to cut power to injectors when conditions are made.
 Edit ESKNOF so there will be no DTC...
