Just wondering if anyone has tried running an atmospheric dump valve with FVPDKLDUS all set to 0. I know you can do it to stop the pressure drop between turbo and throttle plate fault, but will it allow you to have an atmospheric dump valve without the jerking on and off throttle?

I keep getting 17705 and a lambda fault, tried zeroing that map as heard a lot of the time it's a software glitch and if you still get the fault after that then it's probably a mechanical error. Anyway, I'm still getting the fault and cutting out when the fault is there. Done a smoke test on the exhaust and intake, I'm getting smoke out of the dipstick tube so I have ordered a new crank case breather (hockey Puck) and a new dipstick as it's falling apart and doesn't seal. The only other thing I can think of is that the lambda sensor is in the bottom of the exhaust because it kept hitting the tunnel under the car, I have been looking at Afr gauges and the kits say the lambda should be fitted pointing down into the exhaust, so that's the next thing to change if the leaks don't fix anything.

I am currently running mafless as it stops it cutting out at junctions but will change everything back when I get this problem sorted.

Off subject but hope you can answer this. I have ordered a wideband air/fuel gauge with loom but without sensor, my car has a wideband bosch sensor, can I just piggyback off the sensor used by the ECU or do I need to install an additional sensor just for the gauge?

If the car already has a wideband sensor, just log AFR. Done. I honestly don't think a live AFR gauge is that useful once you ditch alpha-n. That said, yes, you can tap the voltage from your wideband, as long as your WB gauge electronics input impedance is high enough. If not, you may need an opamp circuit, or worse case, plumb a dedicated wb sensor for it.

That is because there isn't anything to tune for alpha-n. There isn't an "xdf" for it. It's shit.

I would install 2 sensors, chinese one for gauge is good enough, the response time is basically the same anyway.
