ECU reports that security access is not allowed until required lockout time has elapsed.? does anyone have any ideas why i would get this error my ecu is 8d0907557p?

i did a bench flash and it flashed successfully so i says now the ecu gives me that error i dont know if what you said applies but thankyou for your input i will see if that is what caused it
