Hi all .
i'm having trouble getting into Boot mode on an AUM ecu so i can switch the immo off
06A906032HN
i have built a bench flash rig. its powering the Pin3 and has a switched 12v on Pin 62

I can read the .BIN file via Mpps with the rig so i am confident its ok.

The com port is correct in device manager and the Eeprom tool
This is my command line instruction

C:\Users\Steve\Desktop\new\me7_95040.exe --bootmode -r -p2 95040.bin

However when trying to get into boot mode using an ebay Blue lead i get

Starting Boot mode... Fail...No response

I am earthing out the pin 24 on the ECU both on the pad and on the actual leg, then applying power
I have also tried powering the rig , earthing the pin and then switching on power to pin 62 .
No luck

Is there another option for applying power on a certain pin in a certain way ??

Or another way to immo off ? i have heard it can be done without immo off ??

Thanks in advance
Steve

You need to cut power to pin 3 on ECU, ground 24 pin on eeprom. Power pin 3
