2001 audi tt 225 amu engine. BEA 018H ecu.  tuned with tunerpro. Wideband 02 swap.
Car runs great. everything functions great.
But a few weird issues came up. I'm wondering what I missed in the software?
The car has a ton of deletes. all emissions is gone. sai, pcv.
I did all the deletes I could via software, and they worked good! Better than my last tune.
I have zero CEL lights on the dash.

BUT here are the issues:
(no dash light but these show in vcds):

P0012: "A" Camshaft Position – Over-Retarded
I have NONvvt tensioner, and did all the vvt software deletes I could find.
What did I miss??  Is it required to adjust KFNW if you run a VVT ecu and no VVT tensioner?  Unfortunately my xdf does not have KFNW.
How should I set CDNWS ?  Its' the only thing I have not touched.

P1429: Brake System Vacuum Pump Activation Open Circuit

Radiator fans cycle on/off every 2 seconds when you put the key ON even without starting the car when cold.

I have done this before; read this

I think I only did CDNWS to 0, change ESKONF, copy KFZW to KFZW2 (maybe kfzwop/2 too)
