Hi guys , I tried to search here , and on the web a full Read for B5 S4 ECU 8D0907551M 0261207143 1037360857 I only found Flash 29F800 reads I want to clone an ECU and for that i need full read , so in my case CPU/MPC read is missing ! Thanks at anyone who will try to help me !  |

Are you referring to the EEPROM or OTP?
You don't need the OTP for anything, and eeprom tools are available in the eeprom section
Finally, that ECU doesn't have immo so no, you don't need a full read to clone an ECU.

first of all , Thanks for you response I Know how to disable immo on ME7 , i don't need eeprom read i can keep mine . I cant Clone ecu with just flashing AM29F800 : If i flash SW1037360857 in my SW1037354837 ECU , car don't start , because MPC and flash are not "compatible" hope you will understand me ^^ sorry for my english |

this makes zero sense. Just use the NefFlasher. Why other information is MPC looking for? What pile of shit program can't just take a flash binary? |

0001 and 0002 should be binary compatible, there is something else wrong. I believe the ROMs are identical. |

Its not the only old ecu that you cant flash different SW within breaking it !
Old EDC15 , EDC16 etc are the same , if you want to clone , you need to read/write MPC+FLASH+eeprom

This doesn't pass the smell test. If i had time i'd flash 0001 on my 0002 ecu and prove it :/
In any case, why not just use the correct binary? The map locations are identical between 0001 and 0002
If i had to guess, you're trying copy a file that isn't yours, and it is doing some sort of check in the eeprom.
Ditch that shit and write your own tune.
