I have 1,8T 132kw AUQ engine with turbo K04-022 without egt, injectors S3 388ccm, big FMIC, exhaust 70mm.. Mixture is very rich with original ECU file from audi S3 BAM 165kw, but with original ECU file from Octavia VRS 132kw is mixture ok.. Why? Intake is from S3 too. It may be that MAF housing is from S3, but MAF sensor is original Octavia vrs AUQ? Memory errors is empty.

Can you post the ecu files? Which ecu you running.?
Doesn't matter about the sensor in the housing it's the maf size and maf scaling that matters. Also which s3 file you running? APY AMK or bam

Are you trying to run the BAM file on the HN ecu? I'm suprised the car even starts. I would suggest that the file isn't suitable for the ecu and you'd be much better running either a BAM ecu or mapping the HN file on the original ecu to work properly.
Theres an HN damos on here so it would be very easy for you to do your own map for the car. I can only think it's a compatabilty issue between ori file and ecu...

Running rich will damage the engine just as much. How rich is it running?

on emission test(without catalysator) on idle was CO 2-3% and lambda 0,96
on stock HN file is mixture ok,but boost pressure varies

.96 is ok what you running on boost? It should be at around .80-.82 on boost

I dont know this, because we meausured it with machine for emisson test (Atal).. 0.96 is okay? because when I shifting that shoots from exhaust..On the HN file dont shoots.
On the HN file is CO 0,6% and lambda 1,02-1,04

It's not ok! But it's not bad. I'd be more concerned about the the afr when on heavy boost.
Do you know what psi the fpr is? Just wondering if it the stock fpr is 4bar and your hn ecu is mapped for that and the bam ecu is 3 bar hence running rich, either way the ecu should adapt to bring the lambda control in line with the lamfa map. Which is possibly something else you need to look at , maybe the bam ecu map is requesting .96? I doubt it but could be a reason .
The other thing that surprises me is that the auq has smaller injectors so fitting 386cc bam injectors and running a stock krkte will make the mixture rich on the hn ecu as it'll be tuned for 256cc injectors , that in itself doesn't self.

fpr on BAM engine is 3bar, same as on AUQ engine, only injectors are different

Could you point us to that HN damos , for some silly reason I could not locate it .. Cheers a million
