The R32 and other 3.2L VR6 engines circa 2006 onwards use the 0280158121 OE injector. For those looking for a similar larger flowing injector the 0280158117 injector may be plausible. It has the same 15* 2-jet spray angle, the 270* orientation to the connector, a 12* spray bent angle instead of the OE 10*, 6 injector spray holes vs. 4 OE, same 48mm length, USCAR vs. OE Denzo/Sumitomo connector. You will need connector adapters or plugs with pig tails to connect to OE wiring. The 0280158117 is used on the Ford GT500 and other vehicles and flows ~52 lbs./hr @ 3 bar and ~60 lbs./hr @ the R32 OE 4 bar pressure. Depending on your BSFC this should be good for 480-500 HP on petrol. The 0280158117 does not have the extended tip of the OE 0280158121 injector.

NOTE: The 0280158117 injector is sometimes modified by aftermarket sources and sold as a 1000cc injector instead of the OE 550cc injector. These modified injectors are unknown quantities and not as manufactured by Bosch. You will typically see the modified injectors advertised as: 0280158117-1000.

There are bigger ones with the exact same nozzle as oem r32....They are sold for Porsche just look a bit further and you will find what you need.

Hint, n-heptane to fuel --> 595cc...

The ones I found for Porsche do not have the bent angle upwards towards the connect per the OE R32. Otherwise they would be an option. You don't want wall wetting from the spray which is why VW uses the narrow 15*spray angle and 10* upward bent angle. On the R32 head the spray passage is long making it a challenge to get the fuel to the valves without hitting the port surfaces. With the injectors sitting deep into the head you can't rotate them to change the spray orientation.

Then we are not probably talking about the same injectors... Smiley Smiley

Ones i found and been using for a long time have exactly the same spray angle and long nozzle as the oem as per pdf...

The Bosch 0280158298 injectors used by Ford also have almost perfect spray angles without the ~6mm extended tip of the OE R32 injectors. These newer Bosch "298" injectors use a 16-hole nozzle for better atomization. The flow at 3 bar is rated at 57.9 lbs./hr. so at the OE R32 4 bar pressure these injectors flow ~66 lbs./hr. making them good for close to 550 engine HP with FI on petrol. The injector requires the use of USCAR female connectors or adapters.
