ME7 KRKTE is M3/5 FGAT0 Grundanpassungsfaktor 0
Basic adjustment factor 0
Example:
Original injectors are 210cc @ 3 bar, and fuel pressure is 4 bar.
If you fit 440cc @ 3 bar injectors with 4 bar, then Grundanpassungsfaktor will be (210/440)*128 = 61 (hex) or 210/440 = 0.4772. In this example FPR is the same for both cases (4Bar FPR).
but how do you calculate the grams of n-heptane to cc/min? In the original file of the injectors it says the grams in n-heptane but then in the control unit it says a different number representing the cc/min... (KVB) which is the calculation to know how many cc/min are the grams of n- heptane.
To give you an example I have 2 1.8t (AEB, APU) in the aeb the factory injectors in the original file says that they are 168g/min of n-heptane and in the ECU it says that they are 267.7cc/min at 4 bars, 232cc/min at 3 bars. In the apu, in the original file it says 189.7g / min of n-heptane and in the control unit 298.5cc/min at 4 bars which is 259cc / min at 3 bars. Making rule of 3, the results come out different .. so I don't understand how to go from n-heptane to cc/min .. please a little help ... a big hug
