2.7 Biturbo ecu swap

Car A6 C5 2.7 T ajk tiptronic transmission. I am planning to switch from ecu 4B0907551E 512K file to ecu 4B0907551M 1M file. What file can I use on the 551M? I found info that the file from s4 L fits, is it true?

MAF - Hitachi
Transmission - Tiptronic
Memory Chip - 29F800BB
Serial Memory Chip - 95040
I have Maf Bosch in my car, will it work?

ok that is, there are two options, maf replacement to hitachi, or maf map transfer from bosch to 8d0 L software. Right?
