Are the pinouts of M7.1.1 and M7.1 same on 2.7BiT?
Can I use ARE M7.1 ECU on BEL engine (M7.1.1)?

Pinouts are different, integrated ICM vs external ICM, rpm sensor, accel pedal, cluster etc.
I don't have a full list handy; no point, really, easier to just get the right harness to go with your ecu, or, more sanely, the right ecu for your harness.

Strange there is no shematic in elsa or auto data. Is the pinout for bench same?

Yes, I believe the bench pinout is the same, though you may need an additional vcc or gnd for 7.1.1 but i dont recall specifics.

This shematic from attachment is good, also boot mode was not possible grounding pin 24 on 2F800. But grounding pads next to pin 104 on C167, did work. Is that was yust a luck I don't know, but I am glad I manage to do it
