NefMoto and ME7.8 Porsche 996tt possible

Hello together,
i have buy an 996tt and now I want to do some selftuning.
Befor I have build an AC Cobra Replica with an 350 SBC and a Megasquirt.
The WWW have Wonderfull information about the ME7.5 and Audi and I get also the "Funktionsrahmen" form this ECU.
My 996tt have got an ME7.8... many parts are the same.
I have also do some work in WinOLS and understand what I can do.
Now it ist time to read out und right my ECU.
Can I use the Nefmoto Tool to do this? Is this possible?
What memory layout I have to use?

Hello,
I did some test's today.
I have an old Win XP PC and install NefMoto Flasher and Looger and buy an FTDI Chip I read here it is okay.
I also download and install the driver from ftdichip.com.
But in NefMoto I did not get any connection.
I did not have the VCDS Software... did I need this.. what about "uncheck ‘Boot in intelligent mode’ or check ‘Boot in dumb mode"?
Did I need this software to?
Or it th ME7.8 not posible to read and write?

You can't read ME7.8 Porsche with nefmoto, which was implemented for VAG. Back in those days, Porsche didn't even own the VAG group yet.
