Hey i have 3 me7.5 ECUS all with 29f800bb chip. i made 1 full back up with Ktag(stage 1 and Immo off) and flashed all 3 off the ecus (the first was that one where i got the files from to check if there are no errors) 2 Ecus (first and second) work in Car with diagnostic and Run, but the 3rd refuses to Comunicate with VCDS, car wont start. when i start the ECU in Bootmode with Ktag it shows me The Software and Hardware ID and also the Motor

all 3 ecus show this message in VCDS but only 2 work without bootpin. whats wrong? why does it refuse to run? I also enabled the Immo again with the ORI of the third one and Reflashed it with the original software. but it wont show any sign of life when NOT in bootmode. When its in bootmode i can acces it like normal with ktag. whats wrong?
