Hello,

i have a Porsche 996 Turbo with an ME7.8 and lear a lot from this site and also use the FR from here.
Many parts are the same.

Now I start my part of tuning my 996tt.
I drive the car on the street and track but not for high speed ... I like the corners.
So I want to tune for drivability... so I don't want the characteristic of an real Turbo :-)

I have compare my original ECU with an Stage 1 Tuning File and found the have Change the KFLDRX most.
If I see my original KFLDRX it looks like my flat Torque Curve.
So i diside to change the KFLDRX so at low rpm I have Low boost and with higher rpm it goes up.
In an Excel Sheet I draw in blue the original curve and in red the Stage 1 curve... and yellow is the curve I want to test.

With this curve for KFLDRX and also zero out TLDOBAN (Time for Overboost) and give it a try.
But: I get this curve.
In top rmp and ignition, in bottom Boost... as you can see in white the target hit at 2500rpm the max value...
But I have think like the KFLDRX the max is at high rpm....

What do you say.. I think I haven't understand all off it.
Please help me.

Have a nice day
Regards from germany

Martin
