Hi first thanks for let me joining here.
I have a problem that my car report knock.
Original it was a BWA, but got a build CDL engine in it and fitted dsg.
I have the vcds log here both where you see the retardm and knock, and with the knock sensor volt.
https://easyupload.io/m/5zb38n

Does it looks like "normal" knock, what i find strange that i have tryed also to put my aem meth with (75 % meth) on max, and seems like it dont affect the knock sensor at all. still same

WTF Shocked ~10°retard @ 4800rpm on Cylinder 2

That`s not normal! Do you can log real (EGT)-temperaure? What is with AFR?

BTW: better made 3/20/115 Log, next time!

Pretty easy: boost pressure difference to high, maybe because of bad tune => check PID an an tune it.

I think it is not only wrong MAF or big turbo. We don`t know AFR, EGT, or basic details of sw.

It is running TTE480, upgrade hpfp, and Lpfp, injectors from AKS, which should been around 15 % more flow than rs3.
165 bar fuel return valve. 4 Bar mapsensor, 200 bar fuelsensor , and upgrade chargecooler.

These upgrade turbos produce most likely a lot of backpressure, maybe this part from your knock problem. I think tte use stock manifold?
