All ft232rl obd same cable? Difference?

Hey guys, little question.
Need some kkl ft232rl cable for fis blocks, are there there any Hardware changes i thr cables to like obdlink? Or do i even get them in bulks so i just program them to kkl with mprog? I only have 2 kkl cables so i have the Software for the cables
Is that possible? Or are there Hardware difference on the Board?
